conducts research on microscale heat transfer and
laser-materials interaction, with applications in
micro/nanoscale thermal systems and materials
processing. The current research topics include

processing (micromachining, surface cleaning, nanoparticle synthesis, etc.)

(liquid, thin films, micro/nanostructures)

transfer
(4) Micro thermal sensors
